Temvella Library service disclosure

The ten bundled free designs work without a Temvella account or connection. Connecting to the optional Temvella service requires explicit consent in the plugin.

What the connection sends

Connection requests send the canonical site URL, production or staging choice, and an optional parent production installation ID. Device approval exchanges a short-lived device code. Connected requests send a site-bound token and site URL to read access status, design metadata or a requested package. The service also receives the network IP address used for request rate limiting. The WordPress HTTP client may send version information. The connection does not upload your posts, products, customers, orders or media.

Storage and access

The service associates approved installations with your account and stores a hash of each installation token. Your WordPress stores its token encrypted using its authentication salts. Premium package requests check the current paid period, account status and covered site limit. Account and purchase information is stored separately by the WordPress and WooCommerce account and checkout services.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting revokes the site connection and clears its local credentials and remote catalog cache. Your imported designs and content remain on your own WordPress. Account, purchase and administrative history is not automatically erased by disconnecting a site.

Local development disclosure: before public launch the operator must add its legal identity, privacy contact and retention/deletion policy and verify the live service URLs. This page describes the implemented data flow and is not a completed production privacy policy.
